Blizzard Skis Brahma
The Blizzard Brahma has been radically redesigned for the 2018 season and is better than ever! They have made some distinct changes to this years version that have resulted in improved performance in practically every type of terrain.
This is going to be the preferred ski for aggressive athletic skiers who spend the majority of their time on the frontside of the mountain carving turns, pounding bumps and occasionally dropping into the trees. With the tighter turn radius and the earlier contact point improving the skis carving on hard snow you gain speed on groomers without sacrificing the ski’s established excellence in off-trail snow.
The new shape and rocker profile for 2018 makes the Brahma a bit tighter turning than previous models but the Brahma remains at heart an off-trail tool with a baseline and silhouette made to adapt to irregular terrain. Two sheets of metal in its construction and is still a relatively hard charging, responsive ski with a Sandwich Compound Sidewall Construction that transfers a high amount of energy to the snow and provides unmatched edge grip.
Blizzard’s Carbon Flipcore Technology has become famous for its ability to retain torsional stiffness and stabilization while building in a maneuverable rocker profile that also smoothens out turn initiation. This actually makes the ski more responsive than previous versions and with better turn initiation while retaining the power and torsional stiffness the Brahma has been known for.
A Dual Titanium Layer and a Ti Binding Interface adds extra stability and power to the Brahma, making it a favorite for bigger, aggressive skiers.
