Blizzard Skis Bonafide
The Blizzard Bonafide Skis have been at the top of the all-mountain category longer than about any ski out there. The ski has seen a redesign but has retained the same construction with a slightly smaller turn radius, a more pronounced tip, and slightly reduced rocker. New sidecuts and rocker profiles make it easier to ski, while the proven Carbon Flipcore™ with two sheets of metal makes it calm, confident and powerful.
Blizzard manufactures the cores of their skis upside down so the wood maintains its power and integrity. Two full length sheets of Titanium and another sheet underneath the binding platform make the Bonafide a go to ski for aggressive chargers looking for the upmost in stability and power. This makes the this ski more versatile without sacrificing the power and stability that aggressive expert skiers have come to value. The more abrupt turned up tip is definitely noticeable when you see the new Bonafide and gives it almost more of a carving ski profile at first glance.
For the skier who drives a ski hard and knows the difference between a carved turn and a skidded one, this is tough to beat. This years version has a little less rocker in the tip and tail than previous versions that adds a lot of energy and responsiveness into a ski that was already maneuverable. The Bonafide shines when speeds are high and the adrenaline is flowing.
